Homemade Stretch Mark Prevention Oil
½ cup organic virgin olive oil
¼ cup aloe vera gel
6 capsules Vitamin E, cut open
4 capsules Vitamin A, cut open
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.
Pour the mixture into a jar and store it in the fridge.
Once a day, apply the oil all over the abdomen, hips and thighs.
If you do this diligently, every day, you may be able to prevent stretch marks.

Buddha Belly Mask
¼ cup avocado
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
2 tsp blackstrap molasses
5 drops chamomile essential oil
In a small bowl, mash the avocado then mix in the remaining ingredients. Add extra orange juice if the mixture is too thick.
Spread over your belly and leave on for at least 30 minutes. Rinse product off with a warm washcloth.

Labor Tea
(believed to help take the edge off of labor pains without reducing the effectiveness of contractions)
1 handful(about ½ cup packed) basil leaves
2 cups filtered water
honey(optional)
1.Boil the basil in the water for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the tea to steep for 20 minutes. Serve warm.

Herbal Bath Bag for Baby
2 tbsp fresh or dried mild herbs (choose from Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Peppermint)
Put the herbs into a cloth bag or an odd sock and tie a knot at the top.
Toss the bag into a baby bath containing warm water an it will act like a large tea bag.

Relaxing Facial Spritzer
Water
1 tbsp rubbing alcohol
Pure lavender essential oil
Small spray bottle
Pour 1 tbsp rubbing alcohol into spray bottle.
Fill bottle up most of the way with water.
Add 30-90 drops of lavender essential oil.
Shake bottle well before spritzing on your face with eyes closed.
Cold Peppermint Compress(Labor aid)
3 drops Peppermint essential oil
Cold water
Ice
1. Combine ingredients into a small or medium bowl.
2. Soak a soft clean cloth in the mixture.
3. Wring out the cloth.
4. Apply to back of the neck or forehead as needed.
